p3339 Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules for Pakistan

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the complete and binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and p3339 ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing all use of the p3339 website at p3339.app and the p3339 Android application. The Terms apply to all services offered on the Platform including casino games, slots, live casino, sports betting, bingo and all account-related functions.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of your agreement with p3339. If there is any conflict between these documents, these Terms take precedence unless otherwise specified.

p3339 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. Continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We recommend checking this page periodically.

You must meet all of the following conditions to register and use p3339:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. p3339 does not permit use by minors under any circumstances.
• You must be an individual (natural person) and not a corporation, trust, partnership or other legal entity registering on behalf of others.
• You must not be acting as an agent for another person when registering or placing bets.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended or banned from p3339 for any reason.
• You must only create one account. Multiple accounts per person are not permitted and will result in account closure and forfeiture of balances.

By registering, you confirm that all of the above conditions are met and that the information you provide during registration is accurate, complete and up to date. p3339 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point and to suspend accounts pending verification.

To access the full range of features on p3339 — including depositing PKR, placing bets and playing casino games — you must register a free account. Registration requires you to provide a valid mobile number or email address, set a secure password and confirm your date of birth.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. p3339 will never ask for your password by email, phone or any other communication channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact us immediately at [email protected].

Account details you provide must be truthful and accurate. Providing false information — including a false date of birth, a name that does not match your identity documents or a mobile number that belongs to someone else — is a breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension.

• One account per person. Duplicate accounts will be closed.
• Account sharing is prohibited. Your account is for your personal use only.
• You must update your account details promptly if they change.
• p3339 reserves the right to carry out identity checks at registration or at any later point.

All deposits to your p3339 account are made and held in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied. The Platform supports the following deposit methods:

• JazzCash (mobile wallet)
• Easypaisa (mobile wallet)
• Raast (interbank transfer)
• Bank Transfer (via standard banking channels)
• Mobile wallets and debit/credit cards where supported

Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically reflected in your account balance immediately after the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. Bank transfer timelines may vary depending on your bank.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are set per payment method and may be updated from time to time. Current limits are displayed within the Deposit section of your account. All deposits are made from funds that belong to you — depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting funds from a third party to deposit to your account, is not permitted.

p3339 does not charge fees for standard deposits, though your payment provider or bank may apply their own charges. We recommend checking your payment provider's terms before initiating a deposit.

You may withdraw your available PKR balance at any time subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified before withdrawals can be processed.
• Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible.
• Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus funds may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. See Section 8 for full bonus terms.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the Withdrawal section of your account.
• p3339 may request supporting documentation before processing a withdrawal as part of standard security and identity checks.

Withdrawal processing times vary by method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are processed as quickly as technically possible; bank transfer withdrawals may take additional working days depending on the receiving bank. p3339 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banking institutions.

All sports bets placed on p3339 are subject to the following general rules, as well as any sport-specific rules displayed on the relevant betting market:

• Bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the Platform.
• Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds that apply to that bet, subject to the in-play market suspension rules described below.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended briefly around live events (for example, during the delivery of a ball in cricket). Bets cannot be placed during a market suspension.
• p3339 reserves the right to void bets in cases where an obvious error in odds has occurred (for example, odds that are clearly incorrect due to a technical issue).
• Results are determined by official outcomes from the relevant sporting body — for cricket, this means official ICC or PSL records; for football, official league and tournament records; for Esports, official match records from the relevant organiser.
• If a match or event is abandoned, postponed or cancelled before the minimum required play has occurred, bets will be voided and stakes returned. Specific rules for each sport are displayed in the betting section.

Accumulator bets (accas) require all selections to be correct for the bet to pay out. If any selection in an accumulator is voided, the accumulator is recalculated with the remaining selections.

The p3339 game lobby provides access to over 500 games including slots, live casino tables (Blackjack, Baccarat, Roulette, Casino Poker), RNG table games, video poker, jackpot slots and bingo. By playing any game on the Platform, you acknowledge:

• All casino games and slots involve an element of chance. Past results do not influence future outcomes.
• Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slots are disclosed in the individual game information panel. RTP represents the theoretical long-term return and does not guarantee results in any individual session.
• Live casino results are determined by live dealer actions and are not influenced by the Platform or by other players.
• Technical malfunctions void all pay and play. If a game freezes, disconnects or errors during a round, the result of that round may be voided and the stake returned to your account balance.
• Game rules and stake limits specific to each title are displayed within the game interface.

p3339 may offer bonuses, free bet credits, deposit match offers and other promotions from time to time. Each promotion has its own specific terms which are published alongside the offer. General bonus rules include:

• Bonuses are credited to your account after any stated qualifying conditions are met (for example, a minimum qualifying deposit).
• Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement — the total amount you must bet before bonus-derived funds become withdrawable. The wagering requirement, qualifying games and time limit for each promotion are stated in the promotion-specific terms.
• Bonuses are for personal use only and cannot be transferred to another account.
• p3339 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer or modify its terms at any time, and to cancel bonus funds or winnings if evidence of abuse is found.
• In the event of a conflict between these general bonus rules and the specific terms of a promotion, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.

Deliberately exploiting bonuses — for example through matched betting coordination across multiple accounts, or any pattern of deposit and withdrawal designed to extract bonus value without genuine play — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of related funds.

p3339 is committed to providing a gaming environment that supports informed, responsible play. All gaming and betting on the Platform involves real money and financial risk. We strongly encourage players to:

• Set a personal budget for deposits and losses before starting any session, and stick to it regardless of results.
• Keep track of time spent on the Platform. It is easy to lose track of time during gameplay.
• Never chase losses. Increasing your bets or deposits to try to recover money you've lost is a pattern associated with problem gambling.
• Use the session history and transaction records available in your account dashboard to review your activity regularly.
• Take breaks. Regular breaks during gaming sessions help maintain perspective.

p3339 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Provision of false, inaccurate or misleading registration information
• Evidence of underage gambling
• Evidence of fraud, collusion, cheating or exploitation of software errors
• Multiple account creation
• Bonus abuse or systematic exploitation of promotions
• Any activity that p3339 reasonably believes to be in violation of applicable law

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, any balance derived from fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or terms violations may be forfeited. Any genuine, legitimately earned PKR balance will be returned to you after deduction of any outstanding amounts owed to the Platform.

You may request to close your own account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

All content on the p3339 platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, interface layout, game content, text and software — is the property of p3339 or its content and software providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without prior written consent from p3339.

p3339 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By creating an account and using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.

We use your data to operate your account, process payments, verify your identity, provide customer support and — where you have opted in — send you relevant promotional communications. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

p3339 may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. For material changes that significantly affect your rights or obligations, we will endeavour to notify registered users via the email address or contact number on file.

Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the Platform and request account closure.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, p3339 shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses arising from gameplay, betting outcomes or use of the Platform, beyond the return of your account balance in applicable circumstances
• Temporary unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond our reasonable control
• Losses resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure
• Indirect, consequential or special damages of any kind arising from your use of the Platform

p3339 makes reasonable efforts to keep the Platform available and functioning correctly but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable.
